Shipping Policy

At EcoOctopus, I believe in being as transparent as my eco-credentials — so here's everything you need to know about how I get your goodies from my little corner of Sussex to your door. 🐙

📦 Processing Time

I aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them. I am pretty quick! During busy periods (hello, Christmas!) this may be slightly longer, but I will always keep you in the loop. If your order is urgent, just send me a message. I am quick to respond. 

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

I offer two delivery options for UK orders:

  • Tracked Delivery — £2.99 (most items): Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days.
  • Tracked Delivery — £4.99 (throws & blankets): Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days, with full tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
  • Cards — £1.99: Sent via standard Royal Mail post.

🇪🇺 EU Delivery

I ship across Europe and offer the following options:

  • Tracked Delivery — from £9.99: Estimated delivery in 7–14 working days.

Please note that since Brexit, some EU orders may be subject to local customs charges or import duties upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are unfortunately outside of my control. I recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

🌍 International Delivery (US, Canada, Australia & Beyond)

I love sending EcoOctopus goodies around the world! Here's what to expect:

  • Tracked Delivery — From £12.99 (most items): Estimated delivery in 7–14 working days.
  • Large Bed Throws — £19.99: Sent via specialist courier due to size and weight.
  • Cards — £5.99–£6.99: Sent via international airmail.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in my shipping costs.

📍 Tracking Your Order

For all tracked orders, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your order's journey right to your door. Standard (untracked) deliveries won't include a tracking number, but I will always confirm when your order has been sent.

❓ Something Gone Astray?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please don't panic — parcels can occasionally be delayed, especially for international deliveries. Get in touch with me via our contact page and I will do our best to help track it down.
